The Red Foxes of the San Juan Islands
Every spring, the numerous red foxes that populate San Juan Island in Washington’s Puget Sound give birth to litters of kits. Mischievous and playful, the foxes and their young can often be spotted frolicking in the meadows, chasing each other through the tall grass, and exploring their surroundings with boundless curiosity.
